this technician was very professional and fast, other companies were slow and seemed like they were guessing, not golden locksmiths though. Highly recommend and I will be sharing my experience with friends and family.

GREAT SERVICE!!. Every time I have issues with my keys or need my door locks changed I call. Amazing customer service and fair prices wouldn’t recommend anyone else .

Technician was extremely professional, courteous and caring. We have a difficult thick door but through his persistence he made sure the smart lock was installed and works. He also touched up all scratches. I highly recommend it and loved my experience.

A really competent organization to deal with. They came to our house in less than an hour after I called them first thing in the morning. The tradesman was pleasant and kind, and he resolved the issue swiftly. Well worth the money.

Highly recommend!! I called because I was locked out of my apartment. Told me to send them pictures of my door and they would walk me through how to unlock it independently. I got unlocked in a few minutes. I am So grateful that he was willing to help me without charge! I will come back here in the future

They were able to text and were extremely responsive. The onsite technician was beyond helpful, skilled, professional, and expedient. Their pricing was extremely reasonable. The company even followed up after to ensure the service went well. I 10/10 recommend it and will use it again.
