We are committed to giving our customers the best possible telecommunications experience in the country. Community Phone offers affordable, reliable landline phone service in San Diego that doesn't require internet or copper wire cables.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our founder, James, started Community Phone in 2018 after his grandmother walked into a big carrier's store with an email problem. They tried to sell her a home phone package that she did not need. We wished there was a better phone company, so we created one.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Community Phone offers unlimited local and long-distance calling by connecting your landline phone to cell phone towers in your area, eliminating the need for internet or copper wire connections.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We cover 99% of the United States. We have partnered with the largest nationwide carriers to provide strong coverage even in the most rural areas.
