How long have you been in business?
My family has been in the kitchen retail / wholesale business or 17 years. I passed my California State License contractors exam and now run my own store, which is an expansion from to my families business.
What is your primary product or service?
I own a kitchen cabinet showroom in San Marcos California. We first come out and measure the existing kitchen, design/blueprint the potential kitchen, then have our installers build the kitchen cabinets and countertop. The entire process takes approximately 1 - 2 weeks.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My background has always been running a business. I worked in the clothing business for 17 years. We started with 1 location and expanded to a chain of retail stores, our own distribution center, wholesale and online division. I managed over 50 employees in California and Nevada. My sales and supply chain experience has helped me make an easy transition into kitchens.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
My advantage compared to my competitors is that we not only resell our cabinets and services in a retail store, but we also import direct, without any middle men, and always have the cabinets available and in stock in our warehouse. Most of our competitors needs about 3 - 4 weeks to order and receive the cabinets from across the country. We house all our stock in our warehouse in San Diego Ca.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Between my family and myself, we own 3 locations. San Diego, San Marcos and Chatsworth in Ventura County. I plan to open 1 - 2 more locations in the next couple years, mostly around Los Angeles.

Our San Marcos showroom is located off the 78 freeway. Our store is 2 streets down from the DMV and the police department and is facing the freeway.

We accept credit card, check, cash and offer financing (6 months 0% interest).

We service Oceanside, Carlsbad, Vista, Valley Center, San Marcos, Encinitas, Rancho Santa Fe, San Diego, Poway, Ramona, El Cajon and most cities in and around San Diego County.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I own my company and run most of the operations. My family runs the distribution and warehouse.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday - Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM. Saturdays from 10 AM to 2 PM.
