How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I got a BA in Psychology. Immediately after graduating I got my Real Estate license and started doing mortgages with a friend. It kinda just fell into my lap and I never looked back!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
My communication is on point topped with my 20 years of experience and an insatiable drive for success, it's a win win for everyone!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
1 location. However, I can loan to anyone in the state of California. I do not currently have plans to expand.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Our main office is located in Mission Valley, however I typically come to my clients directly if they are looking to meet face to face. Most of my clients prefer to correspond over the telephone and internet, which also works for me.
What type of payments do you accept?
Other than for an appraisal, we do not accept payment for anything other than through the escrow process.
Which areas do you service?
I specific in San Diego, but can loan all over the state of California.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am the CEO of my own business, however I run my business through a parent company called HomePlus Mortgage. I originate and process all of my own files directly. Nobody else is involved other than my loan processor with my files.
What are your hours of operation?
Technically 9-5pm M-F, but if you call or text after hours, you will hear back from me!
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
I had a client give me a little bobble head that looks like me and at the foot it reads 'solutions'. Best gift ever! :)
