We are trained experts with over 40 years of on-site Building Experience in site work, grading, foundations, masonry/concrete, wood, steel, masonry structures, all finish trades. We have over 37 years as California licensed General Contractors, over 18 years licensed Real Estate sales/property aquisitions, Property (Facilities) Management, and more than 23 years conducting Legal Research, assisting with Building contract formation, Owner's need for Construction Lien protections. We are here to advise, guide, and assist with all of your building needs.

What is your primary product or service?
Professional Building Consulting Services- design, planning, feasibility, budgeting, construction management. We assist Clients from the land aquisition thru the "Turn-Key" completion- Residential and light commercial. We act as the Owner's Direct Representative in a wide range of issues.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My background is a California licensed General Contractor since 1978, in 1992 aquired a Professional Certificate in Paralegal Studies, and in 2000 a California Real Estate/Business degree and sales license. With selected associates we can provide multiple services for Owners, Investors, Landlords, Home Owner Associations, commercial property end users. We were the first company to generate Real Estate Inspections and Compliance Reports in 1979.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are seasoned experts in the construction field, as builders, and more importantly as the Design/Planning/Feasibility/Budget staff. We make it our business to stay current with new and improved techniques, materials, equipment, and staff. "Dedicated to Building Excellence in the 21st Century"

We are opening a branch location in western New York in 2016-17 to meet the growing need for our unique services.
