What is your primary product or service?
We specialize in inflatable party rental equipment.we have a wide range of products and services.we have everything from toddler jumpers all the way up to 75 foot obstacle courses. We have SUMO SUITS ,slides, combo units, cotton candy, snow cone ,popcorn machines, tables, chairs, patio heaters, dunk tanks, canopies, we service corporate events, school festivals and carnivals, we are insured and park approved for most parks in greater SANDIEGO county and surrounding areas. We are adding new equipment all the time and are constantly growing to fit our customers needs.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As a family we were looking for a fun business to create. After renting inflatables from other companies and being unhappy with the condition of the equipment we rented and it not being clean, felt we could do better. My brother inlaw also had similar thoughts and started his co. After hearing about how many nice clients he had and how much fun it was to see so manny smiling faces it felt right so we created Airplay jumpers. We feel we are here to take a level of stress out of your party, so all you have to do is have a great time at your event!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
When we purchase equipment we believe in trying to buy things made in America. We feel the equipment is of higher quality and provide our clients with a better experience. All of our equipment is lead free and meets state and federal led requirements. We inspect, clean and sanitize our units before each rental. We will never leave a jumper in a condition we wouldn't let our own children play in! Safty is very important to us! Nothing will ruin a fun day like someone getting hurt!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one primary location, but we have an extended partnership with my two brother inlaws companies. This allows up to have resources most companies don't . We have the ability to fill a football stadium if we need to. Airplay Jumpers is expanding every year! Unlike some companies we listened to our customers if we get asked more than a few times for an item we don't have, we will purchas it! In 2014 we listened and added more new jumpers,and Sumo Suits, we hope everyone is enjoying ...
What type of payments do you accept?
To keep everyone's expences down we except cash , if you are a corporation or a school in those cases we will take checks, we will always ask you for a credit card number for a damage deposite.
