Birth Choice of San Marcos is a non-profit organization serving North County San Diego to give aid and support to women who find themselves in an unplanned pregnancy and to provide alternatives to abortion. We provide educational material to clients and community groups to increase abstinence awareness and to decrease the spread of sexually transmitted diseases. We also provide information and referrals for adoption.
Birth Choice provides education and support services to women and men dealing with unplanned pregnancy. We believe every woman has the right to be fully informed about her pregnancy so that her decision will be intelligent and confident. We educate about fetal development, abortion risks and procedures, and the many options available. All our services are free.
