How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was taking a number of trips and would not put my pets in a kennel due to disease, stress, fear and loneliness. Pets do not know why they are being taken from home and put somewhere else with other dogs barking and cats meowing.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Pet-tenders is one of the original pet-sitting services in the world and the third in the nation to franchise this concept. Although no longer in franchising we are San Diego's largest and most experienced service. Often imitated, never duplicated and Offering the Very Best Customer Experience.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We service many zip codes throughout San Diego county.

What are your hours of operation?
Phone calls/reservations are taken Monday-Sat afternoon. We are closed Sat pm and Sunday. Voicemail is on 24 hours a day and all client emergency calls are always returned.
