What is your primary product or service?
We sell, program, and repair indoor and outdoor electronic message centers.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our original owner learned the LED sign business when LED signs were still being made by hand. Our company was created to distribute and program Alpha signs from Adaptive Micro Systems, a partnership that has been successful for 21 unbroken years. Our first customers, Air Touch Cellular and Bank of the West, had numerous Call Centers that used Alpha signs and software to display the number of Calls on Hold, the Longest Call Waiting, and Supervisor messages to agents.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We sell solutions. We customize signs and software to the customer's needs and application. Our customers receive free telephone support as long as they own the sign and software. The best part of our business is that most of our LED signs never fail. Most of the signs we sold 20 years ago are still running fine.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Two locations - Orlando and San Diego. No plans to expand.

In San Diego our showroom is on Morena Blvd, two blocks south of Clairemont Drive at the corner of Jellett Street and Morena Blvd, directly across the street from the ARCO station. Please call for an appointment. Our sales people work in the field and come to the showroom only for appointments.

Which areas do you service?
In California and Arizona we can service or program any message center sign from any manufacturer. Elsewhere around the world, our customers return defective signs or sign components for service. We offer software support through remote computer access.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Our Corporation is owned by Mrs. Sisk, our President, who runs daily operations with the expert assistance of Shawn and Gary.
What are your hours of operation?
We are available to process orders from 8 AM Eastern to 9 PM Pacific, 7 days a week. Technical support is available to customers 24/7.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Because of our extensive experience over the past 21 years, we are usually the most knowledgeable and detail-oriented persons you will talk to. Our prices and policies are very reasonable, and we follow through and do what we say we will do. We sell solutions. We don't signs that won't do the job you need them to do, or signs that are difficult to use, or signs that are problematic.
