San Diego Mobile Loan Signing and Notary Services
As a notary public, I am diligent in staying current and complying with California notary laws, which are some of the strictest in the Country. Every four years, I complete state required continuing education, state examination, provide a photograph and live scan finger prints, as well as a background check. To maintain my "NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent" designation, I submit to an additional background check every two years.
Since obtaining my real estate license in 2004, I have worked with buyers and sellers in San Diego. As an SRESŪ (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) REALTORŪ, I have received unique training to counsel senior clients through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home.
Prior to becoming a Notary Public, NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent, and REALTORŪ, I was a real estate and business litigation paralegal for approximately 20 years.
